Human Design Energy Types: The Reflector

Are you a Human Design unicorn? Reflector energy types are just under 1.5% of the population. Reflectors are unique in that they have no defined channels, which means they also have no defined centers.

Their energy centers are completely open, allowing them to “pick up” or sample the energies of others — individuals, entire rooms, the planet — and reflect back to us what they’re sensing so we can properly see ourselves and course-correct. They’re like a bellwether for our collective human consciousness.

Interestingly, their energetic openness comes with a sort of “Teflon” protection that keeps others’ energies from penetrating them so that they can do the work of mirroring what they pick up.

Of course, if Reflectors aren’t aware of their energy type, strategy, or authority, they are equally at risk of living their life out of alignment (as with any of us and our open or undefined centers, gates, and channels).
